Booking & policies

Book online, give me a call, drop me a message or send me an email - I'll get back to you asap and get you booked in.

Appointments are virtual, or at my clinic in Caerphilly.

Payment is by card, bank transfer or cash and is due at the time of your booked appointment, or on booking if you book online.

Available appointments will be shared weekly on Instagram and can be seen on my online booking page.

Ad-hoc appointments may be available on request.

I require 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

Cancellations or requests for rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time will require payment in full of the full scheduled appointment cost.

Clients who fail to attend booked appointments will be charged in full for the session and will be required to pay in advance for any future bookings.

If you are late for your booked appointment, the appointment will still end at the pre-booked time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment may be rescheduled and will be charged in full as a cancellation.

All of your personal information will be kept strictly confidential in line with GDPR and will never be shared with a third party without your written consent.

Personal data collected in the course of your treatment will only be used for the purposes of facilitating your treatment.
